PNP updates for Week ending 26th March 2022

Good day ladies and gentlemen, this is IRC news Canadian Education release, and I am Joy Stephen, an authorized Canadian Immigration practitioner bringing out this section from the Polinsys studios in Cambridge, Ontario. Today is the 26th of Mar, 2022.

The first province we are going to talk about is British Columbia. On March 22, 2022, the province of BC has a pick. Skills Immigration and Entrepreneur Immigration invitations issued
by  BC PNP  and invitations to apply to qualified Entrepreneur Immigration – Regional Pilot was issued and Skills Immigration registrants also received invitations. Targeted invitations to apply have also been issued to qualified registrants in healthcare, childcare, and other priority occupations.
Just a piece of information about NOC’s added to list of priority occupations: NOC 3114 Veterinarians and NOC 3213 Animal health technologists and veterinary technicians have been added to the list of other priority occupations. Let us now discuss BC draws,

SKILLED WORKERS OVERSEAS

  • Number of Letters of Advice to Apply issued: 64 who were invited directly by the MPNP under a Strategic Recruitment Initiative
  • Ranking score of lowest-ranked candidate invited: 712

Of the 191 Letters of Advice to Apply issued in this draw, 43 were issued to candidates who declared a valid Express Entry ID and job seeker validation code.

The next province we are going to talk about is Ontario

On March 24, 2022, the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program issued targeted notifications of interest to potential candidates who may qualify for Ontario’s Express Entry Skilled Trades stream a with a comprehensive ranking system score between 350-600.

The last province we have to discuss today about is Quebec

Quebec immigration has conducted a new draw through the Arrima Expression of Interest system, issuing invitations to 506 candidates.

The March 10 draw required a minimum score of 77 in the Quebec Expression of Interest points system. A maximum of 1,320 points are available.

The draw targeted candidates with skills and experience in one of 20 National Occupational Classification (NOC) codes.
