Notifications of interest issued for Ontario’s Express Entry Human Capital Priorities stream 
 
On March 9, 2023, we issued targeted notifications of interest to candidates who may qualify for Ontario’s Express Human Capital Priorities stream. 
 
Candidates only received a notification if they had a comprehensive ranking system (CRS) score of 469-489 and work experience in the national occupational codes (NOC) in the description section below: 
 
NOC 30010 – Managers in health care 
NOC 31100 – Specialists in clinical and laboratory medicine 
NOC 31101 – Specialists in surgery 
NOC 31102 – General practitioners and family physicians 
NOC 31103 – Veterinarians 
NOC 31110 – Dentists 
NOC 31111 – Optometrists 
NOC 31112 – Audiologists and speech-language pathologists 
NOC 31120 – Pharmacists 
NOC 31121 – Dietitians and nutritionists 
NOC 31201 – Chiropractors 
NOC 31202 – Physiotherapists 
NOC 31203 – Occupational therapists 
NOC 31204 – Kinesiologists and other professional occupations in therapy and assessment 
NOC 31209 – Other professional occupations in health diagnosing and treating

You may apply to this stream if you received a notification of interest on March 9, 2023. Please review the Ontario Express Entry Human Capital Priorities stream page determine if you meet the requirements and the document checklist ensure you have the mandatory documents. To apply, click the ‘submit an application’ button on the Ontario Express Entry page. 
 
If you received a notification of interest, you don’t need to contact the program.
