In 2020, Hong Kong processed 58 applications possibly because of the pandemic, and had a success rate of 91% and last year, in 2021 Hong Kong accepted 38 applications and had a success rate of 92%. This program has been impacted by the Global Pandemic and travel restrictions to Canada.
